James 4James – Faith That Endure: In lesson #6 of our church-wide study in James, we studied James 5. We examined God’s instructions on our attitudes about earthly possessions. We also took a look at how we are to persevere in the midst of suffering.

RingsWednesday Youth Group: Tonight we continued our mini-series: “Rings – The History and Life of the Believer.” This is a continuation of our study of the Holy Spirit. Throughout this study, we will see how the Holy Spirit is involved in the birth and growth of both the Church and every believer. Tonight we took a look at why we shouldn’t grieve or quench the Holy Spirit.

For Discussion:

  1. What are some ways we can grieve the Holy Spirit?
  2. What is the result of grieving the Holy Spirit?
  3. How can we avoid quenching the Holy Spirit?
